Repair or Replace?

Residential roofs are prone to leaks.

Since roofs are constantly exposed to the elements, over time, the materials can deteriorate. If you have a roof leak, repair may be an option. However, if you have more than one leak or if wood rot is part of the problem, roof replacement may be the wiser choice.

A new roof will provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your home is protected from the elements. Not sure whether to repair or replace your roof? Consult with a professional. They will be able to assess the damage and advise you on the best course of action.
